摘要
对俄罗斯ВК1675И部分和全部替代JSR268或PB301应用于IR内胎配方中进行了小料、大料和试产试验。结果表明,俄罗斯ВК1675И与IR再生胶、EPDM并用,通过使用均相剂M和T(或M和J)解决胶相分散问题,同时设法提高混炼胶的强度,解决内胎接头性能差、易折薄、压伤等问题;采用适宜的混炼工艺(内润滑剂SDS或增塑剂A在终炼时加入)解决过滤和挤出等问题,胶料及产品性能都达到了要求,而且价格和性能都优于NR内胎,经济效益和社会效益显著。
A study was made on the Application of Russian IIR ВК 1675И to replace partial or whole JSR268 or PB301 in the test run and trial production formula of IIR inner tube.The test results showed that the rubber phase dispersion improved by using the phase homogenizing agents M and T or M and J in ВК 1675И/IIR reclaim/EPDM blend;the weak joint,fold thinning and press damage of green inner tube were avoided by measures for increasing the mix strength;the strainability and extrudability improved by using a suitable mixing technology (the inner lubricant SDS or Plasticizer A was added infinal mixing).
