摘要
对微型燃气轮机旋流燃烧室内湍流流动PIV测量中产生的非轴对称性误差的原因进行了分析,提出了基于CFD技术的旋流燃烧室内湍流流动PIV测量误差的修正方法,将修正后的实验数据与数值计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,该修正方法可以有效地减小旋流燃烧室内湍流流动PIV测量中产生的非轴对称性的误差。
The installation of a plane measuring side-window on the combustor wall is required for PIV images capture because of its influence on the flow patterns in a micro-gas turbine combustor. It is therefore necessary to make correction for the data acquired from PIV experiments in order to approximate them to those for the original combustor without the measuring side-window to the full extent. In the present study, a new correcting method based on the CFD technique for PIV data correction was proposed, and the data from PIV experiments on the swirl combustor model were processed by the correcting method. The revised experimental results were compared with the data from numerical simulation, and the finding is that the correcting method is beneficial to reducing the error of the flow patterns in the PIV images capture.
