摘要
目的了解院前急救护士工作压力程度及原因,帮助急救中心管理者和护士正确认识并设法减轻工作压力,从而提高护理质量,维护护士身心健康。方法采用问卷调查法,对院前急救护士工作压力进行调查。结果院前急救护士工作压力98.00%为中度以上,最主要的压力源是护理专业及工作方面的问题,排序前10位的压力源为:工作环境差,频繁更换班次,工资及其他福利待遇低,晋升困难,护理工作社会地位低,继续深造机会少,担心工作中出现差错事故,工作量大,缺乏同行的理解及尊重,非护理性工作多。结论院前急救护士工作压力较大,建议管理者正确认识院前急救护士工作压力现状,并针对压力源采取措施,切实缓解护士压力。
Objective To explore the level and the reasons of the pre - hospital emergency nurses' job stress,so as to help the managers and the nurses' to look on the job stress correctly and tiy to alleviate it to improve the quality of nursing and keep nurses' mind and body health. Method Using the method of questionnaire to investigate nurses ' job stress in pre - hospital emergency service. Results Ninety - eight percent of the stresses were above the moderate level,focusing on the aspects of nursing profession and job itself. Main stressora included poor working environment, over frequent working shift,low income, rare chances of promotion,low social status, limited chances of continuing education, anxiety about the accidence, overload work, lack of understanding and respect from other staffs and much more no nursing work. Conclusion The findings suggest that the pre - hospital emergency nurse job stress is great and effective stress management strategies should be implemented to alleviate job stress.
