摘要
目的探讨进修护士的培训和管理方法。方法对进修护士采用阶段性的培训,分层次教学,制订个性化的培训方案,多元化的教学方法和严格的考核评价体系。结果进修护士对带教方法满意度及结业考试成绩优良率均较高。结论严格的管理制度及分层次、多样化的教学方法和人本管理的运用是培训成功的关键。
Objective To discuss the training method and management strategies for refresher nurses. Method The strategies included using gradual and stratified training and developing personalized training plan, multiple teaching methods and strict examination system. Result Refreshed nurses were more satisfied with the teaching methods and with a higher rate of excellence in the graduation examination. Conclusion The strict control system,the multi - level teaching methods and the personalized management utilization could be key to the success of the training.
