催化裂化塔分馏精确度预测数学模型 被引量:1

摘要 通过对"催化裂化分馏塔塔顶产品与一线之间分馏精确度图"和"催化裂化分馏塔塔侧线产品之间分馏精确度图"的拟合,提出了催化裂化塔分馏精确度数学模型,回归的模型公式平均绝对误差分别为1.058535、0.562771,平均相对误差0.030107、0.04144,复相关系数0.99856、0.997846。通过分析表明:该数学关联式的计算结果两图给出的数据能够很好地吻合,计算准确度高。 Computer - appliable mathematic correlations were reached through fitting factors of catalyzing & cracking fractionating tower. Corresponding parameters and error analysis were compared, to show the mean absolute error is 1. 058535 and 0.562771 respectively, average relative error 0.030107 and 0.04144, complex related coefficient 0.99856 and 0. 997846. The result indicated that the correlations were in good harmony with those figures and can be applied in the practical manufacturing.
