摘要
风险分析由风险评估,风险管理和风险交流三部分构成。以风险分析为基础的食品安全规制在当前被认为是最有效的确保食品安全的方法,被发达国家普遍采用。发达国家的成功经验,对于完善我国食品安全规制体系,具有重要的借鉴作用。
The risk analysis system is composed of risk assessment, risk management and risk communication. The risk analysis - based food safety regulation system is commonly considered as the most effective approach to ensure food safety and adopted by developed countries . The successful experience of the developed countries is very useful for China to perfect her food safety regulation system.
