摘要
目的建立氮测定法测定蛾苓丸中总氮的含量。方法采用凯氏定氮法。结果精密度试验RSD为0.46%,重现性试验RSD为0.42%。方法稳定性RSD为0.69%。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性好,适于常规分析,直接计算出氮的含量,可很好地控制蛾苓丸的内在质量。
OBJECTIVE The study was reference Kjeldahl to found the method to measure the nitrogen content in Elin pills. METHOD Adoption Kjeldahl to measure the nitrogen content in Elin pills. RESULTS RSD was 0.46 % in the test of precision, RSD was 0.42 % in the test of reiteration, RSD was 0.69 % in the test of stabilization. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate, and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the quality control of Elin pills.
