摘要 采用多重谱线拟合(MSF)法扣除光谱干扰,建立了电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定稀土磁性材料中铌的分析方法。方法的加标回收率为96%~104%,相对标准偏差<5.1%,铌的检出限为0.048μg/mL。实验证明,该方法快速准确,可用于磁性材料的生产分析。 Trace niobium in magnetic material was determined by ICP-AES, using multicomponent spectral fitting method to deduct spectral interference. The acid dissolution and the interference of matrix and coexistent elements were studied with the influence of copper spectrum studied mainly. The recovery of standard addition was in the range of 96%-104%. The RSD was 〈5. 1% and detection limit was 0.048%. The method is rapid and accurate.
