摘要
高职高专教育必须坚持以就业为导向,以质量求生存,以特色求发展。情景教学法不只是一种教学方法的变革,更是一种教育观念的更新,它符合现代教育理论,强调了学生学习的主体性、实践性。在人力资源管理课程的教学中,利用多媒体课件、网络、案例、模拟招聘现场以及开展社会实践活动等,创设各种学习情景,让学生在做中学,在学中做,自主学习,主动探究,通过讨论、交流、合作、补充、修正完成对人力资源管理知识意义的建构,促进了学生实践操作能力的发展,提高了教学效果,也增强了学生职业的适应能力。
Higher Vocational Education must adhere to the employment-oriented, education, quality for existence and characteristics for development. The situational teaching model is not only a model of teaching methods, but also a more updated concept of education; It is consistent with modem educational theory, which stresses students' subjectivity and practice. In the teaching of human resources management course, multimedia coursoware, networks, case simulation and social practice are used to create learning scenes, to make the students learn in practicing and practicing in learning. The students study independently and explore actively. The significance of human resources management knowledge can be constructed through the discussions, communications, cooperation, supplementation and amendment. It may be helpful in promoting the students' operational capacity, -- improving the effectiveness of teaching and enhancing the students' vocational adaptability.
