摘要
大学生非正式群体的存在是不可否认的事实,如何利用其积极因素,并因势利导转化其消极因素,就成了学校管理者不得不正视的问题。该文主要从这个角度,对加强大学生非正式群体教育管理的现实意义及其管理中存在的问题进行了初步的分析,并对其管理策略提出了相应的建议。
The existence of the informal communities in university student is an undeniable fact. It has become serious problems that the school governors have to face about how to make use of its positive factors and deduce the effects of the negative faetors. This paper makes a primary study on the realistic meaning in enhancing the educational management for the college students＇ informal communities from this specific angle. The writer also analyzes the problems and put forward some corresponding suggestions.
