摘要
图书馆知识服务是以满足读者需求为中心,围绕知识增值与创新的专业化、个性化和综合集成的服务,具有开放性、主动性、特色性、创新性、持续性的特点。高校图书馆知识服务的措施有:改革运行机制;强化技术装备;优化资源配置;创新服务观念;加强用户培训;提高馆员素质。
Knowledge service in library focuses on satisfying readers' need, it's a service centered on knowledge increment and professional, individual and comprehensive innovation with the characteristics of opening, initiative, unique, innovative and continual. The measures of knowledge service in library include to reform operational mechanism; strengthen technical equipment; optimize resources disposition; innovate service idea; enhance user training; and to improve the qualifications of the librarians.
