摘要
针对矩形花键插齿刀的齿形设计,提出了利用BP神经网络的非线性映射特性逼近插齿刀切削刃形的设计方法,建立了插齿刀理论齿形坐标点与逼近曲线之间的BP网络模型。仿真结果表明,该方法可达到精确设计矩形花键插齿刀齿形的目的。
Aiming at the profile design of gear shaper for rectangled spline, a design method was presented, by which the profile of gear shaper' s cutting edge can be approached based on the nonlinear mapped characteristic of BP neural network. A BP network model between the coordinate points of gear shaper' s theoretic profile and approaching curve was established. The simulation result indicates that the purpose of accurately designing profile of gear shaper for rectangled sphne can be achieved.
