经关节镜射频消融治疗半月板损伤 被引量：2

摘要 将36例半月板损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(18例)经关节镜采用射频技术治疗;对照组(18例)经关节镜采用常规的手术器械和电动刨削器治疗。结果:两组术后Lysholm评分较术前明显提高(P<0.05);治疗组手术操作时间为(43.8±3.51)min,术后2周内膝关节积液为(2.67±1.33)ml;对照组分别为(18.61±2.62)ml、(53.89±2.62)min,两组相比,P均<0.05。认为采用射频技术治疗膝关节半月板损伤的疗效满意,关节功能恢复快,是治疗的最佳选择。
