The board of directors is the core in the legal person administered structure system. The construction of the board of directors in State-owned enterprises is an important act for deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and building modern corporate system. Through the construction of state-owned enterprises board of directors, it will be good for the supervision and regulation of state-owned assets of the enterprises and realizing the maximum of the interest of shareholders, and ensuring the value of the national assets.
