不同滤器对粗饲料中NDF和ADF测定结果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探索在粗饲料NDF和ADF测定中采用简便的尼龙滤袋法取代传统的坩埚式玻璃过滤器法,用自制200目和400目尼龙滤袋、G1和G2坩埚式玻璃过滤器等4种滤器测定小麦秸秆和苜蓿干草中的NDF和ADF含量,比较不同滤器测定值的差异、过滤时间长短及重复性等。结果表明,用4种滤器对小麦秸秆和苜蓿干草中NDF和ADF含量的测定值差异均不显著(P〉0.05);坩埚式玻璃过滤器的过滤洗涤时间长,有的达到6h以上,而200目和400目尼龙滤袋过滤洗涤的时间明显缩短;所有平行测定结果的重复性强、稳定性高;在测定粗饲料中NDF和ADF时,用200目-400目尼龙滤袋取代坩埚式玻璃过滤器是可行的。 The aim of the experiment was to discuss the possibility of using convenient nylon filter bag technique as a substitute for traditional sintered glass filtering crucible technique to determine NDF and ADF contents of roughage. Four types of filter including self - made 200 - screen - mesh and 400 - screen - mesh nylon filter bags, G1 and G2 glass filtering crucibles were used to determine NDF and ADF contents in wheat straw and alfalfa hay. The NDF and ADF contents, filtering time and repeatability of the determinations using different filters were compared. The statistic results showed that differences among NDF and ADF contents in both wheat straw and alfalfa hay using four types of filter were not significant ( P 〉 0.05). Filtering and washing time using s'intered glass filtering crucible in some sample was more than 6 hours, significantly longer than 200 - screen - mesh and 400 - screen - mesh nylon filter bags. The results of all replicate determinations were repeatable and stable. When determining NDF and ADF content in roughage, substituting 200 - screen - mesh and 400 - screen - mesh nylon filter bags for sintered glass filtering crucible is feasible and necessary.
