摘要
运用正交试验设计,探讨了覆盖、降温、炼苗时间三要素对巨尾桉组培苗夏季移植的影响.试验结果表明覆盖、降温、炼苗时间对巨尾桉移植苗的成活率和生长性状(苗高、地径)产生显著影响,最佳组合为覆盖(一层塑膜,二层遮阳网)+自动降温+15 d的炼苗时间.
Orthogonal design method was applied to study the effects of overhead shading, cooling and domesticated time on the survival rate and growth of tissue-cultured seedlings of Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla after they are transplanted into the soil during summer time. The results show that overhead shading, cooling and domesticated time affected the seedling survival rate and growth significantly. The best combination of influencing factors was observed to be overhead shading with monolayer plastic film, plus automatic cooling and domesticated time lasting 15 days.
