摘要
建立了以G型π桥液阻网络为先导控制回路的溢流阀静态特性数学模型并对其进行了仿真分析。仿真过程中研究了G型π桥溢流阀先导控制回路中相应液阻对溢流阀静态性能的影响,获得了G型π桥溢流阀特有静态性能的原因,为G型π桥溢流阀的设计提供了理论根据。
The mathematical model of relief valve with G-π bridge pilot hydraulic resistances network was developed to analyse the static performance. During the course of simulation, the effect of resistances in pilot circus on the static performace was studied and the resaon of the specail static performance of the valve was obtained.
