HS-SPME/GC对BTEX在聚二甲基硅氧烷与空气之间分配系数及焓变的测定

Determination of Distribution Coefficients and Vaporization Enthalpies of BTEX between PDMS and Air by Head Space Solid-phase Microextraction/Gas Chromatography

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)与气相色谱(GC)联用技术,测定不同温度下苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯(BTEX)在聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)和空气之间的分配系数K。根据分配系数K和温度T之间的关系,求得焓变数值。实验结果表明,萃取头的吸附作用是一个放热过程,随着温度的升高,分配系数减小,同时根据logK与1/T的线性关系,计算获得苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯的蒸发焓数据,所得数据与文献值接近。 The distribution coefficients(K)of BTEX(including benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, oxylene) between polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fiber and the air at different temperature (T) were determined by headspace solid-phase microextraction/gas chromatography ( HS - SPME/GC ) method. The vaporization enthalpies were calculated based on the relationship between K and T. The results illustrated that the absorption process of BTEX to PDMS was exothermic. The K values decreased when the temperature was increased. There was a linear relationship between logK and I/T. The vaporization enthalpy values of BTEX were calculated from the corresponding slopes. The calculated vaporization enthalpies of BTEX in this study were closed to literature data.
