摘要
科学发展观是以人为本、全面协调可持续的发展观,对于中国社会主义现代化法制的建设具有重大的指导意义。科学发展观充实完善了法的基本价值,体现了发展社会主义和谐社会法制的要求,指明了社会主义法制建设的现代化方向。做好科学发展观指导下的法制化建设,就是要坚持依法治国的基本方略,深化法制变革,树立社会主义法治理念,实现国家各项工作法治化。
Scientific outlook on development is the concept of development, which is human-oriented, and all-round coordinated and sustainable development. It is of guiding significance in China＇s socialist legal construction. Scientific outlook on development has enriched and perfected the basic value of law, embodied the requirement of constructing the harmonious socialist legal system, and pointed the way of the socialist legal construction. Therefore, we should stick to the basic strategy of rule by law, deepen the reform of legal system, and implant in mind the socialist legal awareness so as to realize the legalization of all work in China.
