摘要
研制了以水质为基体的混合金属离子标准物质,经F-t检验法证明其均匀性良好。由8家单位采用等离子发射光谱法协作定值,经统计检验给出标准值和不确定度。经过一年的稳定性监测,该标准物质稳定性良好,已被批准为国家级标准物质。
Certified reference material of mixed metal ion with water matrix were developed. The homogeneity of the standard materials was verified with F - t examination method. The 8 laboratories from 8 units determined cooperatively the concentration of ion in the standard material by ICP - OES. Standard value and its uncertainty of ion concentration in standard material were obtained by treatment data with statistic methods. The stability examinations for one year showed that the stability of the standard material was well. Its qualification of GBW has been approved.
