摘要
亚麻生物脱胶污水与化学退浆污水有很大区别,含有各种浆料分解物、纤维屑、酸和酶等污染物,污水呈淡黄色,微酸性。本文论述黑龙江省某亚麻生物脱胶污水处理站日处理污水量300 m3/d,采用水解酸化及接触氧化、混凝、氧化法联合脱色处理工艺,经过生物方法及物理化学方法处理后,该污水处理站排水水质满足污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)二级标准。该工艺技术成熟,运行稳定,实际运行费用为1.38元/m3水,适用于小型生物脱胶污水处理。本工程投产后,每年减少COD排放量428 t/a,减少BOD5排放量221 t/a,减少SS排放量为46 t/a,有利地保护了周围的环境。
Wastewater from flax biological degumming is faintly yellow, subacid and contains pollutants including decomposition products from sizing, fiber flocks, acid, enzyme, etc,. The paper introduces a joint discoloring process consisting of hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation, coagulation, and oxidation methods. After treatment, the quality of wastewater effluent is up to the second level of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978 - 1996). With ripe technique and steady operation, the process is suitable for treating wastewater from biological degumming in small - scale plants.
