摘要
目的观察用益气养阴化瘀汤治疗60例糖尿病心肌病对心功能及血流变的影响。方法将120例糖尿病心肌病患者随机分为2组,治疗组用益气养阴化瘀汤加减,1次/d,连续用药6个月。对照组给予常规降糖、降压治疗。结果益气养阴化瘀汤加减治疗糖尿病心肌病可明显改善心功能、改善血脂、血流变情况,与常规治疗组相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。
Objective To observe the effect of Diabetic Cardiomyopathies treated by Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction on improvement of heart function,the change of blood stream and glucose.Methods 120 patients with Diabetic Cardiomyopathies were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group（n=60） were treated by Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction （a dose every day）. Patients in control group （n=60） were treated by routine therapy to control BG and BP. Resuits Yiqiyangyinhuayu decoction has a good effect on improvement of heart function,lipid and blood stream.
