碱性体系中铝-钒-钼分离技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用沉淀剂CaO、CaCl2、MgSO4.7H2O、Fe2O3、CDJ对V-H2O/Mo-H2O体系、Al-V-H2O/Al-Mo-H2O体系及Al-V-Mo-H2O体系中钒钼的沉淀效果进行了研究。结果表明:在V-H2O/Mo-H2O体系中,CaO和CaCl2对钒钼的沉淀效果较好,而在Al-V-H2O/Al-Mo-H2O体系中效果变差。热力学计算表明其原因是Ca2+与溶液中的铝反应形成了各种形式的铝酸钙。CDJ在三种体系中对钒钼的沉淀具有很好的效果,在Al-V-Mo-H2O体系中控制一定的试验条件和CDJ用量,能有效地分步分离碱性溶液中的钒和钼。 Study is made on V and Mo precipitation efficiency from the V-H2O/Mo-H2O system, Al-V- H2O)/Al-Mo-H2O system and Al-V-Mo-H2O system with CaO,CaCl2 ,MgSO47H2O,Fe2O3 ,CDJ as the precipitators. The results show that in V-H2O/Mo-H2O system,V and Mo precipitation efficiency with CaO and CaCl2 are better than that in Al-V-H2O/Al-Mo-H2O system. Thermodynamics calculation indicates that reason is that Ca^2+ reacts with Al in solution to form various calcium aluminate. The CDJ is very effective for V and Mo fractional precipitation from alkali solution in Al-V-Mo-H2O system under controlled test conditions and with controlled dosage of CDJ.
