摘要
本文根据焦耳热原理,导出了真空成像器件中光电阴极产生热量的一个公式,从理论上分析了公式中各参数之间的关系。同时,分析了因较大输入照度引起像管中光电阴极、微通道板与荧光屏产生疲劳的原因。
In this paper a mathematical formula for the heat, generated by semiconductor photocathodes in vacuum image device, is derived based on the principles of Joule heat,and the relationship among the various parameters in the formula is described with related theory. At the same time,the reasons for the fatigue of the photocathode, MCP and phosphor screen in generation Ⅱ image intensifier caused by bigger input illumination are also discussed.
