有机硅紫外吸收剂DMUV-O的合成、表征及其应用性能 被引量:8

摘要 利用四甲基环四硅氧烷(D4H)与4-(β-羟基--γ烯丙氧)丙氧基-2-羟基二苯甲酮(MUV-O)、烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(CG-5)的硅氢化加成反应,合成了一种分子中携带二苯甲酮衍生物、聚醚以及环氧基团的有机硅抗紫外整理剂DMUV-O.用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、紫外光谱等仪器对其进行了结构表征.DMUV-O用于棉织物后整理的结果表明,DMUV-O对波长为243.6 nm、289.2 nm、325.0 nm的紫外光有强吸收作用,并能改善织物的紫外吸收性能,能明显降低织物的弯曲刚度,增加织物的柔软性和吸湿性,对织物的白度和透气性影响不大. An anti-UV finishing agent DMUV-O bearing benzophenone, polyether and epoxy functional groups was synthesized by hydrosilylation addition reaction of tetramethylsiloxane (D4^H) with 2-hydroxy-4-(β-hydro- xy-γ-allyloxy)propyloxy benzophenone (MUV-O), allyl glycidyl ether (AGE) and allyl polyoxyethylene ether (CG- 5). The chemical structure of DMUV-O was characterized by IR, ^1H-NMR and Ultraviolet spectrum. The DMUV- O application study was carried out with cotton fabric. The results indicated that DMUV-O had an intensive UV- absorbing capacity at wavelengths of 243.6 nm,289.2 nm,325.0 nm, respectively. The cotton fabrics treated by DMUV-O showed a reduced bending rigidity, improved softness and water-absorbing property. DMUV-O could obviously improve the UV-absorbing performance of fabric and had little influence on the whiteness and air permeability of fabric.
