摘要
目的探索不同种类肥料对南板蓝根重金属元素(铜、铅、镉、砷以及汞)含量的影响。方法采用单因素随机处理,应用方差分析和最小显著差异分析法。结果不同肥料对南板蓝根的重金属影响的大小为:化肥>化肥与农家肥混合肥>生物有机菌肥>农家肥>自然务件种植。结论农家肥及生物有机菌肥为南板蓝根种植较为理想的肥料。
Objective To investigate the effect of different fertilizers on the contents of five kinds of heavy metal (Cu, Pb, Gd, As and Hg) in Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae. Methods The effect of different fertilizers on the contents of heavy metal (Cu, Pb, Gd, As and Hg) in Rhizoma et radix baphicacanthis cusiae was determined by the methods of single - factor randomization analysis, analysis of variance and least significant difference. Results The effect of different fertilizers on the contents of heavy metal in Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae was in a decreasing sequence : fertilizer 〉 mixture of fer- tilizer and muck 〉 biological organic bacterial fertilizer 〉 muck 〉 planting under natural condition. Conclusion Muck and bio- logical organic bacterial fertilizer are the best fertilizers for planting Rhizoma et Radix Baphicacanthis Cusiae.
