摘要
在非稳态畸变信号条件下,建立了电网的数学模型,提出了一种合理计量电能的新方法,并将小波分频带测量方法用于功率的分解测量,在理论上实现了畸变功率的准确测量。仿真分析验证了所述方法的正确性。该方法将促使电功率测量理论更加完善,为研发适用范围更广、计量更合理的电能表提供技术先导。
Mathematical description of power is deduced under the condition of distorted signals according to a simplified model for the electrical network. A rational measuring method of electric energy for distorted signals is proposed on the basis of an analysis of the power flow. The wavelet sub-band measuring method is employed for measuring the electric energy in the condition of unsteady distorted signals. The accurate measurement of the power consumed by the distorted signals is realized in theory while the correctness of this method is verified by the simulation results. The method will enable the electric power measurement theory to get closer tO perfection by providing technical guidance for the development of a wattmeter with a broader scope and more rational measurement.
