摘要
介绍了一种全自动热饮机控制器的设计,提供了温度控制、开关量的输出控制、水位检测控制、数据保存等关键部件的设计思路及方案,还讨论了系统的软件设计流程;给出了相应的硬件电路图和软件流程图,并对这种设计下的各部件工作状况进行了试验,得出了一些关于自动热饮机设计的规律;实用证明,该控制器具有实现成本低,控温精度高,易于实现等优点,实现了热饮泡制的全自动控制和管理,在日常家电中具有良好的推广前景。
A new design of automatic heat drink maker controller is introduced. This article provide the design thoughts and schemes for these key parts such as the temperature control, the switch quantity output, the detection of water level and the data preserved and also discuss about the software design process . Giving the corresponding hardware circuit diagram and the software flow chart . Their performances under the work conditions are tested. At last, some design rules of automatic heat drink maker controller are proposed. It is proved that this control system possess the listed strong points : tow cost , high precision of temperature control , easy to achieve and ete. In a word , it has realized the full automatic control and management of the heat drink, so it wilt have a splendid prospects in home appliances.
