摘要 针对串联蓄电池组中电池在线监测存在的问题,提出了以智能监测芯片DS2438为核心组成独立的单体蓄电池检测板,配合上位机形成主从结构的蓄电池在线监测系统,实现了蓄电池各工作参数的实时测量,运用综合判据,能够准确地预测故障电池。实测表明,由于能够精确检测蓄电池的内阻,该装置具有更高的可靠性。 To solve the problem in the serial battery pack monitoring, a new on-line master slave battery monitoring system is designed, which is consisted of measuring boards with smart battery monitor DS2438 used as the core, and is controlled by super controller. It can realize real-time measure ment of battery parameters, and can forecast accurately the invalid battery according to the multiple judges. The test results show that the equipment has a higher accuracy by precisely examining the inner resistance of the accumulator.
