信阳上天梯珍珠岩膨胀性能影响因素研究 被引量:7

摘要 以信阳上天梯珍珠岩为原料,在不同温度和时间下进行预热和焙烧.测定其焙烧后的膨胀性能,绘出膨胀性能曲线,详细讨论了样品焙烧量、预热温度、预热时间、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对珍珠岩膨胀性能的影响,实验结果表明,信阳珍珠岩的最佳膨胀条件为:预热温度250~350℃,焙烧温度1150-1200℃,焙烧时间10~15s. The perlite from Shangtianti in Xinyang was used as raw material, the preheating and calcination were investigated at temperature and time. The expansion rate curve was obtained by determining its expansion multiple after calcinations. Inflution of the sample amount, the preheating temperatnre, the time of preheating and calcinations temperature and calcinations time on the expansion performance of perlite was discussed in detail. The optimizing expansion conditions for different size were determined in laboratory scale: the preheating temperature was 250-350℃, the temperature and time of calcinations were 1150-1200℃ and 10-15s, respectively.
