摘要
为解决使用水下井口施工带来的问题,挪威开发出了人工浮筒海底(ABS)。介绍了ABS的构造和主要技术参数,预测了ABS的应用前景及使用ABS在深水作业时的风险。使用ABS在深水作业时最大的风险是:如果ABS与连接管柱之间出现脱落,ABS快速上浮冲撞平台会导致财产损失、人员伤亡和环境污染。由于应用ABS可以延伸和扩张半潜式钻井平台的能力,有效利用现有的半潜式钻井平台,达到提高深水油田开发效益的目的,因此应用前景广阔。
Artificial buoyant seabed (ABS) was developed in Norway in order to solve the problems a rising from subsea wellhead operation. This paper introduces the structure and main technical parameters of ABS, and predicts its prospects and risks used in deepwater. The biggest risk of ABS in deepwater is its rapid collision to platform which might cause damages to equipment, staff, and environment if the ABS was disconnected with fastening pipe. Because ABS can extend and strengthen drilling ability of semi-submerged platform and use semi-submersible platform available efficiently for the purpose of improving the deepwater oilfields development benefits, it has extensive application.
