介绍了阳煤集团在深刻领会实验室认可条件及认可意义的前提下,重点围绕建立质量体系、狠抓员工培训、抓好计量管理和设备维护、严格执行国标并积极参加国家能力验证、加强日常检测过程质量控制、严格内审和管理评审等环节,不断完善管理要求,切实提高检测工作,通过精益管理提升煤质工作。
The conditions and significance of laboratory accreditation in Yangquan Coal Mining Group were introduced. In the aspects of the establishment of quality system, employee training, measuring management, equipments maintenance, proficiency testing, quality control in daily examining, and assessment, the testing work was strengthened, and the coal quality management was improved.
