摘要
河南省矿产资源对东部地区城市和国家经济发展具有较大作用,但其长期矿产资源开采造成的环境污染和生态破坏未得到有效补偿。本文借助生态学、经济学等相关原理,对河南省矿产资源生态补偿机制内涵、主要内容、构建框架和保障措施进行了初步探析。
Mineral resources in Henan Province contributes a lot to the development of Eastern areas and the nation, however, the environmental pollution and ecologial destructions caused by long-termed mining cannot be wholly compensated. With the application of ecology, economics theory, we try to study the ecological compensation mechanism, contents, framework and ensuring measures .
