摘要 本文在介绍鄂尔多斯地区煤岩层赋存结构特征、顶板岩层运动、破坏规律的基础上,首先分析了浅埋厚煤层大采高工作面的综采设备选型原则;其次,对内蒙鄂尔多斯地区第一个大采高5.3m、年产500万t能力的全套国产综采工作面纳林庙2号井621-02设备配套选型进行总结,并分析了该套设备选型的适应性。该项大采高国产综采配套技术,对该地区厚煤层开采具有重要的试验、借鉴意义。 Firstly, based on dealing with the structure characteristics, movements and failure laws of overlying strata, this paper analyzes the type selection principles of fully mechanized coal mining equipment at shallow supper thick coal seams in the Erdos region. Secondly, type selection practice of domestic fully mechanized coal mining equipments of Na Linmiao No. 2 colliery, which is first large cutting height coal mining workface (5.3m) of fully mechanized with 5Mt/a annual output in this field is summarized, and the rationality of type selection is appraised. Finally, it is put forward that this technology has significant testing and guiding meaning.
