摘要
采用碳纳米管顶空固相微萃取—气相色谱法测定了土壤中有机氯农药,探讨了萃取时间、萃取温度、搅拌速度、离子强度、有机溶剂和土壤加水量对萃取效率的影响。该方法的线性范围为0.5~50.0ng/g,r>0.9915,检出限为0.03~0.33ng/g。样品的加标回收率为91.4%~120.0%,相对标准偏差不大于12.7%。
A headspace solid phase microextraction (HSSPME) method was developed as the first step for determination of organochlorine pesticides in soil samples. Carbon nanotube on stainless steel wires were prepared for the microextraction procedure. The effects of extraction time, temperature, agitation, ionic strength, organic solvent and soil dilution on the extraction efficiency were determined. Employing the best extraction conditions (45 min ex- traction at 65 ℃, mild agitation, 0.25 g Na2SO4/1.0 g soil, no organic solvent, and 1-4 mL water/0.5 g soil), linear calibration equations were established for 8 pesticides (α-BHC, β-BHC, δ-BHC, γ-BHC, pp'-DDE, op'-DDT, pp'-DDD, pp'-DDT) in the range of 0.5-50.0 ng/g with correlation coefficients of 〉0. 991 5. The detection limits (LOD, S/N: 3) for the 8 pesticides ranged from 0.03-0.33 ng/g. Applying the method to contaminated soil samples, the recovery factors ranged from 91.4%- 120.0% for the 8 pesticides with a relative standard deviation of ≤12.7%.
