摘要
中国稠化剂产品大多性能比较单一,耐温性、耐剪切性及缓速性等综合性能差。为此,以煤油作为连续相,以Span-80和OP-10为乳化剂,用反相乳液聚合法合成了耐高温、耐剪切的酸液稠化剂MD-1,考察了引发剂用量、乳化剂浓度和单体浓度对聚合反应的影响,得到最佳反应条件。对稠化剂MD-1进行酸液性能评价认为,该稠化剂在酸液中增粘性能好,热稳定性较好,抗盐、抗剪切能力强,其各方面性能与中国同类产品CT1-6相近。
Thickener MD-1 with temperature and shear resistance was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization.Kerosene is continuous phase.The emulsifier of system was Span-80 and OP-10.The effects of initiator usage,emulsifier thickness and monomer concentration on the polymerization were investigated,and the best reaction conditions were recognized.The evaluation about acidizing fluid performance indicates that the thickener has the advantages of good thickening effect,good thermal stability,strong anti-shearing capability and good anti-salts capability.Its performance is similar to CT1-6 in China.
