摘要
针对当前高等职业院校实训过程中学生人数与设备的数量冲突,通过运用结构化分析方法分析了任务模块间的信息传递关系,建立起MPS实训过程结构设计矩阵(DSM),并运用DSM重构算法对其进行了重构。该方法使原来基于知识单元的实训组织形式转变为基于过程规划的组织形式,有效消除了任务模块间的信息反馈问题。通过我院的实训实践证明该方法使实训过程组织更为合理,设备利用率也大大提高。
Faced with the contradiction between the student number and the equipment quantity in the high-vocational college training process, the information delivery relation between task modules is analysed by the structured analysis method and design structure matrix (DSM) on the module production system (MPS) synthetic training process is built up and the OSM is restructured using DSM restructure arithmetic. This method changes the comprehensive training organization form from the knowledge based to process planning based and effectively removed the information feedback between tasks. It's proved that the organization of the training process is more rational, and the device using ratio is improved greatly by using the method in the synthetic training process of our college.
