摘要
文章提出了一种基于定子齿三维运动的新型超声波马达(以下简称PTHDUSM)。与传统超声波马达(以下简称CONTUSM)相比,PTHDUSM具有以下显著优点:无轴承、无需润滑、提高输出力矩1.5~2倍、高稳定性、低噪声。文中首先分析了PTHDUSM的理论模型,并根据理论模型制作了实验样机。该样机性能参数为:直径18mm,厚度10mm,重量17g,输出转矩0.05N·m,转速20~160r/min。文章提出的基于定子齿三维运动的新型超声波马达作为小型驱动器能广泛应用于航空航天、医疗器械、机器人、光学仪器以及办公自动化设备等领域。
This paper presents a new type ultrasonic motor which works depending on the three dimensional motion of the projections(PTHD USM) Compared with conventional ultrasonic motor(CONT USM),the PTHD USM has the following better characteristics:no bearings,need no lubrication,higher output torque(1 5~2times than CONT USM),higher stability with lower noise In the present paper,we firstly analyze the fundamental principle of the PTHD USM theoretically,then fabricate a real experimental motor and the parameters are:diameter 18 mm,height 10 mm,weight 17 g,output torque 0 05 N·m,speed 20~160 r/m The future possibilities may be the areas such as:areonutics and astronautics,optical instruments,space robots,etc
