摘要
本文设计并合成了十二个新颖的不对称变色酸偶氮甲膦,羧膦型显色剂,并对该类试剂与稀土元素发生β-显色反应的试剂结构与性能的关系进行了较为详细的研究。研究表明:该类试剂与稀土元素发生β-显色反应的难易程度既受到试剂本身结构的影响,同时也受到外界测定条件诸如:介质、酸度、时间、温度、体积及试剂浓度等影响。这一研究结果对定向地设计并合成性能优异的试剂,进一步研究β——显色反应机制提供了重要的理论基础和实验依据。
Twelve new color reagents of asymmetrical 4(5)-(methyl, carboxyl) sabstitutedphosphonobisazo derivatives of chromotropic acid have been designed and succes-sfully synthesized. The relationships betw1en structures and properties in theirβ-type color reactions with rare earth elements have also been studied in derail.It is found that the β-type color reactions areinfluenced by both the structureof the reagents and conditions for the color reaction; eg. acid medium, reactiontime, temperature, reaction volume and concentration of the reagents etc. Theseresults may help us to study the mechanism of β-type color reactionsand also todesign and synthesize the excellent color reagents directionally.
