摘要
培养具有创新精神和创新能力的人才是教育发展的重要目标。探索医学生创新能力培善策略与途径具有重要意义。应当从相关制度的完善与保障以及医学院校师生双方多方位进行实践探索，以开创最有效地提高医学生创新能力的发展空间和发展轨道，逐步增强医学生的创新思维和创新能力。
To cultivate talented man with creativity spirit and ability is the important goal of education development. It has an important singificance to explore strategy and pathway of cultivation of creativity for medical student. Improvement of associated system and practical exploration in many ways in faculty and medical students in medical college, can create the spafce of development, which can contribute to elevation of creativity in medical students, improve creativity mind and strengthen creativity ability unceasingly.
