摘要
针对单喷头的熔融挤压快速成型制作成型件的特点,必须保证能很好地去除支撑才能得到制件的要求,对熔融挤压快速成型中支撑工艺进行了研究。支撑关系到零件的加工成败、加工时间和表面质量等,提出了支撑的一些生成原则和设置辅助支撑的作用。根据挤出丝的截面形状,建立了支撑丝宽的数学模型,对生成支撑的重要工艺参数进行了分析,结果表明:栅格宽度w较出料速度v对支撑间的间隙L0影响要大,但当层高h由0.2 mm变为0.1 mm时,栅格宽度对支撑间间隙的影响基本不变,而出料速度对支撑间间隙的影响成倍增长,并进行了实验验证。
According to the characteristics of the prototype produced by Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) with a single nozzle, it is quite necessary to remove the support well in order to obtain high quality parts. The support has a significant influence on process time and surface quality of the prototype. In the practical examples, the support forming rules, support technical parameters and the function of assistant supports are presented. Mathematical mod- el of support filament-width was established according to the shape of cross section of the extrusive filament. Important technology parameters of supports were analyzed and verified by experiments. The results show that the influence of grid width w on the clearance of supports L0 is greater than that of extrusion flow rate v. When the layer thickness changes from 0.2 mm to 0.1 mm, the influence of w on L0 remains the same, while the influence of v on L0 increases greatly.
