摘要
依据某铝土矿的矿石特性和嵌布特性,采用粗细分选流程,获得了较好的技术指标。闭路流程试验结果为,铝土矿总精矿的铝硅比为7.38,Al_2O_3回收率为71.23%。为低铝硅比铝土矿的广泛应用找到切实可行的方法。
Processing tests on mixed copper and lead concentrate produced by a large copper mine in Yunnan Province were carried out aiming at the separation of copper and lead. The tests not only proved that copper and lead can be successfully separated by using Na2S to remove reagents, H2SO4 to .realize pulp conditioning, and the combined depressants of Na2S2O3·5H2O and FeSO4·7H2O to float copper and lead, but also achieved satisfying statistical results: copper recovery of 90.66%, copper concentrate grade of 20.01%, lead recovery of 96.56% and lead concentrate grade of 45.51%.
