摘要
介绍了俄罗斯、英国、美国等国常用干线油气输送管道焊接接头加热和热处理规范。详细介绍了目前油气输送管道焊接接头的加热(包含焊前预热、焊中伴热)和焊后热处理通常采用的4种方式,即气体火焰加热、电阻加热、联合作用的电加热、中高频感应加热。分析了4种加热方式和热处理的优缺点。指出为确保管道的焊接质量,不但要正确地选择焊材、焊接工艺、制定合理的焊接规范,还应学习国外的先进经验,选择合适的加热和热处理方式及设备。
This article introduced welding jointer and heat treatment specifications commonly used in transporting oil and gas in trunk pipeline in Russia,U.K and USA,ect..It in detail recommended four kind of methods in welding jointer heat treatment for transporting oil and gas pipeline(including pre-heating before welding,heating in company with welding)and heat treatment after welding.These methods include gas flame heating,electric resistance heating,combined action electricity heating and induction heating with medium/high frequency.It analyzed merits and demerits of these four kind of methods in heating and heat treatment,pointed out that ensuring pipeline welding quality,it should not only rightly select welding materials,welding procedure and set up reasonable welding specification,but also learn the abroad advanced experience,and choose applicable heating and heat treatment methods and equipment.
