摘要
回顾了波导CO2激光技术的发展概况,简述了波导CO2激光器的前景。自从1972年首次报道波导CO2激光器以来,波导结构大致经历了单波导结构、波导阵列结构、面增比和体增比技术的发展。在放电激励方式上经历了直流放电激励和射频放电激励的技术发展。今后波导CO2激光器将继续朝着高功率、高光束质量、小体积、低成本、易加工的方向发展。
The development of waveguide CO2 laser technology is reviewed and its prospect is foreseen. Since the first waveguide CO2 laser was reported in 1972, the waveguide structure of CO2 lasers have developed from single waveguide to array waveguide, area scaling and volume scaling and the discharge excitation has changed from DC to RF. In the future, waveguide CO2 laser will improve in the direction of high power, high beam quality, small volume, low cost and easy machining.
