摘要 现代车用发动机普遍采用涡轮增压技术,而涡轮是涡轮增压器的关键部件,其结构和精度关系到发动机的动力性、经济性和排放性能。采用现代逆向工程技术,应用UGImageware软件对某增压器的涡轮进行了三维CAD模型构建。提出了涡轮反求的方法,着重研究了涡轮的点云处理、曲线生成、曲面重构,并对涡轮进行了装配。 Turbine is a critical component to a turbocharger which is commonly used on modem vehicle engine, and the design and accuracy of the turbocharger play very important role on engine performance, efficiency and emissions. Based on the reverse engineeling, three-dimensional CAD modeling of turbine is reconstructed by means of the UG Imageware software. The methodology for reconstructing turbine is presented, in particularly, the treatment of point clouds, curve generation and reconstruction of curved surface for turbine is studied. The 3D turbocharger turbine is assembled with the UG software.
