摘要
鉴于常规下套管作业的局限性,通过对国内外相关技术的调研,根据国内油田的需要,研制开发了顶驱下套管装置。该装置是一种基于顶部驱动钻井系统,用于下套管作业的集机械、液压于一体的装置。根据套管尺寸的不同,分为内部驱动和外部驱动2种结构。重点介绍了该装置的结构、工作原理、技术参数及功能试验情况。样机的一系列原理试验表明,各项试验结果满足设计及使用要求。该装置的应用,将使下套管作业变得更为简单和高效,钻井综合成本将大大减少。
Because of the limitation of common casing running operation,according to the investigation of domestic and foreign technology and the demand of domestic oilfields,the top drive casing-running device is developed. It is a kind of drilling system based on top drive and a device combined with mechanical and hydraulic features. It has two kinds of structures of inner drive and outer drive according to different casing sizes. The structure,working mechanism,technical parameters and function test of the device are presented. A series of test indicates that every test result meets the demand of design and utilization. The use of the device makes casing running operation become simple and efficient and makes overall drilling cost reduced significantly.
