摘要
目前已经成熟的排液采气工艺有优化管柱、橇装气举、柱塞气举、泡排、机抽、电潜泵等,但这些工艺都有一定的局限性。鉴于此,开发了超声旋流气动雾化排液采气技术。该技术通过机械、气动和超声波的多重作用使液体形成微细雾滴,使雾化气体被井内产出气体携带到地面。该技术具有不压井不动油管作业、排液深度可调、不受积液介质的影响、经济实用、安装管理方便等优点。中原油田凝析气田5口井的现场试验表明,下入超声旋流气动雾化装置后,日产液量增加,气液比下降,排液效率提高,收到了预期的排液效果。
For solving the problem of the limitation existing in the current fluid displacement and gas production technology,the ultrasonic cyclone pneumatic atomization fluid displacement and gas production technology is developed. The multiple-action of mechanical,pneumatic and ultrasonic ways makes the fluid form fine fog drop,which is carried out of the well to the surface by the produced gas. The technology is characterized by operation without well killing and tubing retrieving,adjustable fluid displacement depth,not being affected by the fluid media,being economical and practical as well convenient installation. The field application result from 5 condensed gas wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield shows that after running down the ultrasonic cyclone pneumatic atomization device,the daily fluid production rate is increased,the gas-liquid ratio is decreased,and the fluid displacement efficiency is enhanced,reaching the anticipated fluid displacement effect.
