摘要
目的观察电针曲池穴对高血压模型大鼠血压及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量的影响,以对其降压机理作初步探讨。方法建立高血压大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、电针组,另设正常组。经过8周治疗后,测量血压,并测定血浆及主动脉AngⅡ含量。结果模型组血压明显高于正常组,治疗后电针组血压明显降低,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);模型组血浆及主动脉AngⅡ含量明显高于正常组,治疗后电针组血浆及主动脉AngⅡ含量尚未恢复到正常组水平,但明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论电针曲池穴可抑制两肾一夹高血压大鼠血压的升高,其降压机制可能与其综合抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)有关。
Objective: The effect of electro- acupuncturing Quchi Point on blood pressure and angiotensin Ⅱ of 2K1C - Renal hypertensive rats was observed, so as to investigate the mechanism of lowering the blood pressure initially. Method: 2K1C - RHR model was set up, which were divided into two groups at random : electro - acupuncture (EA) group and control group. Normal group was set in addition. After 8 - week treatment, measure the blood pressure and identify the content of plasma and Angiotensin Ⅱ in aorta. Results: The blood pressure of model group is higher than normal group, the blood pressure of EA group was cut down after treatment with a significant difference between EA and control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The plasma concentration of Angiotensin Ⅱ in circulate and aorta is higher than normal group , and there is a significant difference between EA and control groups after treatment, although EA group is still higher than the normal group. Conclusion: Electro - acupuncturing Quchi Point could restrain the ascending blood pressure, the mechanism of lowering the blood pressure may duo to restrain the RAS in circulation and blood vessel synthetically.
