摘要
自然资源中的化石能源与可再生能源相比具有有限性和稀缺性的特征,因此可持续发展的能源发展模式下,能源的利用必须考虑化石能源的资源损耗价值。借鉴了绿色GDP计算中资源—经济—环境一体的思想,考虑了能源利用过程中的资源损耗价值和环境成本,建立了边际供能成本模型;计算了我国多种供能方式的边际供能成本,分析了可持续发展观的各类能源的竞争力和现阶段我国要加快能源结构转变可能采取的措施,对促进我国可持续发展能源结构的转变作出了有益的探讨。
Compared with renewable energy, the fussil energy is of finiteness and scarcity, for this, the value depletion of non-renewable resources must be involved in energy utilization. To achieve the sustainable development of energy resources, the integrated idea of resource, economy and environment in Green GDP calculation was used for reference, the marginal energy supply cost was modeled considering the resource depletion and environment cost in energy" utilization. The marginal energy supply cost of different energy was calculated, based on which, the competing ability were analyzed in accordance with the view of sustainable development. The countermeasures were discussed and proposed to accelerate the energy reconstruction and improve the sustainable development.
