摘要
文章根据南盛镇在劳动力开发中所出现的人力资源的产业配置不合理、组织体系不健全以及投入不足等问题,需要采取增加职业技术教育和医疗保健投入、组建学习型的组织、人力资源的产业合理配置、集约化经营、边干边学边开发、增加城市向农村劳动力的溢出效应等措施来提高该镇农村人力资源开发的效率。
Nansheng has to emphatically study how to scientifically develop the human resources in the countryside. According to the appeared question that the industrial disposition is unreasonable, the organization system is not perfect and that the investment is insufficient, the measure is needed to enhance the efficiency of the human resource in the countryside that the vocational-techni- cal education and the medical health care investment must be increased, the study organization must be sets up, the industrial of the human resource must be reasonably disposed, the intensified management must be used, the strategy of doing while studying must be adopted, the overflow effect of the labor force that is from the city to the rural must be increased, and so on.
